Parking Slot 🚗
Basement parking is available for a separate fee.
Please let us know at least 3 days before your check-in if you wish to avail, as parking is subject to availability.
The space
-Send us the ID ( Identification Card ) copy of all guests as we need to print and submit it to the ADMIN

Failure to send your ID 3 DAYS before Check IN may lead to time delay of your check in.Since GAF FORM must be present in reception before you can proceed in unit to check in.

📌Access to the pool required?
Access to the pool requires a pool ticket, which can be purchase at admin.
To ensure hassle-free swimming, we can buy the tickets in advance for you, three days before check in dates.
Pool Tickets cost P200 pesos per person on regular days and P350 pesos per person if holidays, You may send the payment in advance via Gcash.
Swimming Time 6am-10pm only
Wear the proper swimming attire

📍Garbage Room near Elevator, DISPOSE THE GARBAGE PROPERLY in GARBAGE ROOM.
📌NO smoking
Smoke detectors can be sensitive to cigarette smoke, so refrain from smoking indoors. The Admin charges 1000 pesos for triggering the smoke alarm.
no cooking of smelly food
To maintain a pleasant environment, cooking of food with strong odor is prohibited in the unit. Please also ensure that exhaust fan is used when cooking to avoid the accumulation of smoke.
📌NO pets
We do not allow pets on the property due to other guests’ considerations.
📌NO hanging of clothes at the balcony
To maintain the aesthetic appeal of the building and clean environment. Admin will charge 500 pesos when violated.
📌NO additional guests
Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted.
📌Respect for property
Please treat the unit and its furnishings with care and respect. Any damage or excessive cleaning will be billed to the guests.

Remote Control Damage - 1000 pesos
📌NO playing in elevator
Avoid playing with elevator button, specially if you have kids- VIOLATION is 1,000 pesos
📌NO using of fire exit
Avoid using or playing in fire exit, when not needed like emergency. VIOLATION is 1,000 pesos
📌NO throwing of garbage at fire exit, use the garbage room.

📌NO KIDS allowed in Balcony with out GUIDANCE of ADULTS.
📌Environmental responsibility
Please help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights, appliances, and faucets when not in use.
